a gmail tracker, told honestly.
Watch can't tell you whether anyone read your email. Nobody can. What it can tell you is what loaded the tracking pixel, when, from what kind of mail client — and probably whether that loader was a human or a machine.
Other trackers conflate Apple Mail prefetches, corporate link scanners, your own browser preview, and a real human read. Watch labels each one honestly. You see the signal as the signal, not as a celebration.
what it does
Watch ships as a Chrome extension. When you send a tracked email, it embeds a 1×1 pixel and rewrites links so opens and clicks bounce through track.tomicc.me. The dashboard at app.tomicc.me shows you what happened.
Per-recipient engagement on group emails. Geo at country level, never city. Hashed IPs, destroyed daily. The full shape of the data is on the recipient page below.
what it won’t do
- Inject “Sent with Tomicc” into your emails. Ever.
- Nag you to upgrade. The cap-hit notice in the compose window is the only ask.
- Track your recipients in the EU or UK. Suppressed automatically at compose time.
- Conflate machine opens with human reads. Each open carries a classification.
pricing
$0 for the first 75 tracked threads per month. $2.99/mo or $24/year for unlimited.
Stripe handles billing. Cancel anytime; data exports on request.
Watch is launching soon. The Chrome Web Store link, install guide, and open-rate FAQ land on this page at launch.
